Nike iPod Shoe

The Nike iPod Sport Kit, listing for USD 29 and available from Apple, is designed for the Nike+ footware line and has a sensor and receiver embedded in the shoe that provides a wireless link to the ipod that provides information on the iPod screen. This information can be downloaded to a PC or a Mac. Additionally, runners receive audible feedback through headphones.
Right now this system is only available on Nike Air Zoom Moire+ and Nike Air Zoom+. They plan on offering six more models this fall. They also plan to offer workout related podcasts to inspire athletes.
The Sport Kit requires a Nike+ shoe and a iPod nano with a USB 2.0 port and Mac OS X version 10.3.9 or later and iTunes 6.0.5 It also works with a PC running Windows 2000, XP Home or Professional
